Terms and Conditions

By registering and using Bioflow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Bioflow (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the platform available at https://bioflow.io (the “Service”). By registering, accessing, or using Bioflow in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Description of the Service

Bioflow is a platform that allows users to create a personalized profile page where they can centralize links to their social media, websites, and other digital content, making them easy to share through a single public URL.

The Service includes, without limitation:

  • Creation and customization of a public profile page
  • Storage and management of links to social media and websites
  • A unique, shareable URL (e.g. bioflow.io/yourusername)
  • Basic analytics on profile visits and link clicks (depending on your plan)
  • Access from mobile and desktop devices

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration requirements

To create a Bioflow account you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
  • Have a valid email address
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

3.2 Account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@bioflow.io.

3.3 Username

When choosing your username (profile slug), you must follow these rules:

  • You may not use another person’s name, registered trademark, or celebrity name without authorization
  • You may not register usernames for resale or speculation (“username squatting”)
  • You may not use names that are offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory
  • Usernames must be appropriate for all audiences

Bioflow reserves the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that violate these rules.

4. User Content

4.1 Your content

You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your Bioflow profile, including links, images, text, descriptions, and any other material (“User Content”). By uploading or publishing Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or hold the necessary licenses and permissions to publish it
  • The content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights
  • The content complies with all applicable laws

4.2 License you grant us

By publishing Content on Bioflow, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or cancel your account, except where the content has already been shared with third parties.

4.3 Prohibited content

It is strictly prohibited to publish content on Bioflow that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or content that exploits minors
  • Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or other characteristics
  • Contains malware, viruses, phishing, or other malicious code
  • Impersonates individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Promotes illegal activities, including the sale of controlled substances
  • Incites physical or psychological harm to individuals
  • Spreads medical or public health misinformation

5. User Conduct

When using Bioflow, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data of other users
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing campaigns
  • Collect data from other users without their consent
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform (DDoS attacks, aggressive scraping, etc.)
  • Create fake accounts, multiple accounts to evade suspensions, or impersonate another person
  • Use the Service in any way that violates local, national, or international laws

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Bioflow’s property

Bioflow and all its proprietary content — including but not limited to: logos, branding, interface design, source code, features, text, and images — are the exclusive property of Bioflow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights over such intellectual property to you.

6.2 Your intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights over the Content you publish on Bioflow. Bioflow does not claim ownership of your content.

6.3 Reporting infringements

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed by a Bioflow user, you may send us a notice at legal@bioflow.io with the details of the case. We will investigate and act in accordance with applicable law.

7. Service Plans and Payments

7.1 Free and paid plans

Bioflow offers a free plan with basic features and paid plans with additional functionality. Prices, features, and conditions for each plan are detailed at https://bioflow.io/pricing and may be modified with prior notice.

7.2 Billing and renewal

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually according to your selection
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • We do not issue refunds for partial periods, unless required by applicable law

7.3 Taxes

Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes (VAT or others). Any applicable tax will be added at the time of purchase based on your location.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Public Profiles and Third-Party Liability

Your Bioflow profile page is public and accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the information and links you publish on your profile, as well as the consequences of that information being publicly accessible.

Bioflow does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party websites you link to from your profile. External links are your sole responsibility. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you direct your visitors to.

10. Account Suspension and Cancellation

10.1 Cancellation by the user

You may cancel your account at any time from the settings section. Upon cancellation, your public profile will no longer be available and, as set out in our Privacy Policy, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10.2 Suspension or cancellation by Bioflow

Bioflow may suspend or cancel your account, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or any Bioflow policy
  • Your conduct causes harm to other users, third parties, or Bioflow’s reputation
  • There is suspicion of fraud, illegal use, or malicious activity on your account
  • A competent authority requires it

In the event of cancellation due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.

11. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIOFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bioflow shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service
  • Conduct of third parties, including other users of the platform
  • Content published by users on their profiles

In no event shall Bioflow’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Bioflow in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bioflow, its officers, employees, partners, and suppliers from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) the Content you publish, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply based on their current or future domicile.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a minimum period of 30 calendar days.

14. Modifications to the Service

Bioflow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of features, content, or functionality. In the event of changes that negatively affect your use of the Service, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bioflow regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver:Bioflow’s failure to exercise any right provided in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Bioflow may freely assign these Terms, for example in the event of a merger or acquisition.
  • Communications: Notices you send us should be directed to legal@bioflow.io. We will contact you at the email address registered in your account.
